By purchasing or using Strata, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.
1. What PGFX is, and what it is not
PGFX develops and licenses Strata, an automated trading tool for MetaTrader 5.
PGFX is not a broker, a financial or investment adviser, a portfolio manager, a managed account, a fund, or a signal service that trades on your behalf.
We license software. We do not hold your money, access your trading account, place trades for you, or manage anyone's capital. Strata runs on your own MetaTrader 5 installation, connected to your own broker account, using your own capital, entirely under your control.
Nothing on this website or in the Telegram channel is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
2. Risk
Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital, and you should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Strata may hold more than one open position at a time and can carry floating drawdown. Automated trading on leverage can produce large and prolonged drawdown, and in sustained adverse market conditions can lose an entire account balance.
Automated trading carries additional risks including platform failure, internet or server disconnection, broker execution failure, requotes, slippage, widened spreads, price gaps, and market conditions the software was not designed for.
No result is promised, guaranteed or implied. PGFX makes no representation that Strata will be profitable, will avoid losses, will limit drawdown to any level, or will perform in any particular way.
Performance data published on FX Blue is historical. Past performance does not indicate future results. Any chart imagery on this website is decorative and represents no actual or hypothetical trading result.
3. Licence
On payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence valid for one year from the date the licence is issued.
Term
The licence runs for twelve months. At the end of that period it expires and Strata stops operating. There is no auto-renewal and nothing is charged automatically — to continue, you purchase a new licence term.
Account type
Strata is licensed for use on a cent STP account only. It is not licensed for, and is not designed to run on, a standard USD account. Running it on an unsupported account type exposes the account to trade sizes far beyond those the system is built for, and PGFX accepts no liability for losses arising from such use.
Scope
The licence is issued against the MetaTrader account number you provide, and is valid for the number of trading accounts specified at purchase.
You may not
- Resell, rent, sublicense, share or distribute Strata
- Decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt or attempt to extract its logic
- Remove, bypass or alter its licence protection
- Publish or disclose its trading logic, parameters or internal behaviour
- Use it to operate a signal service, managed account or copy-trading service for third parties without written permission
Breach of this section terminates your licence immediately, with no refund, and we may deactivate your licence key.
Ownership. PGFX retains all intellectual property rights in Strata. You are buying a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
4. Payment and refunds
Payment is made in USDT unless otherwise agreed in writing. The receiving address is provided directly by PGFX through the official Telegram channel.
Only use an address confirmed by us in the official channel. PGFX is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address, on an incorrect network, or to any address not confirmed by us directly. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible.
No refunds
Once your licence key or software file has been delivered, no refund is given. This includes, without limitation:
- Change of mind
- Trading losses or drawdown of any size
- Performance not meeting your expectations
- Failure to configure the broker account or settings correctly
- Inability to use the software due to your own broker, hardware or connection
- Deciding to stop trading during the licence term
Strata is a digital product. Once delivered it cannot be returned. Ask every question you have in the Telegram channel before paying. Once payment is made and the licence is issued, that decision is final.
The single exception: if PGFX fails to deliver your licence after confirmed payment and cannot resolve it, your payment is refunded in full. This is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued.
Pricing
Prices are shown on this website and may change at any time. A later price increase does not affect a licence already purchased, and a later price decrease does not entitle anyone to a partial refund.
5. Support
Support is provided through the official Telegram channel.
Covered: installation, licence activation, broker configuration, and settings guidance.
Not covered: trading advice, position management, market predictions, recovering trading losses, or explaining the internal logic of the software.
Support may be withdrawn from any user who is abusive, who attempts to reverse engineer the software, or who breaches these terms.
6. Broker links
This website links to third-party brokers. PGFX earns introducing broker commission from the brokers listed. This does not increase your cost. They are listed because their XAUUSD cent account conditions suit this system, and you are free to use any broker meeting the stated requirements.
PGFX does not control these brokers and is not responsible for them — including execution quality, spreads, withdrawals, account decisions, downtime, regulatory status or conduct. Your relationship with a broker is between you and them.
You are responsible for confirming that using any broker is lawful in your country of residence.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PGFX is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Strata.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
You accept that you alone are responsible for your trading decisions, risk settings, capital allocation, and the consequences of running automated software on a live account.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must not purchase or use Strata where doing so is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
9. Termination
PGFX may terminate your licence without refund if you breach these terms, particularly sections 3 and 5.
You may stop using Strata at any time. No refund arises from doing so.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version on this page applies. Material changes are announced in the Telegram channel.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
