Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information PGFX collects, why, and what we do with it.
The short version: we collect very little, we do not sell anything to anyone, and we never have access to your trading account or your money.
1. What we do not have
This matters more than anything else here, so it goes first.
PGFX never has access to:
- Your trading account login or password
- Your broker account balance, positions or trade history
- Your funds, in any form
- Your MetaTrader investor or master password
Strata runs entirely on your own machine or server, inside your own MetaTrader 5 installation. It does not transmit your trading data to us. We cannot see your account, and we cannot trade on it.
If anyone claiming to represent PGFX asks for your trading password, your funds, or remote access to move money, it is not us. Report it in the channel immediately.
2. What we collect
Information you give us directly
When you contact us or purchase a licence:
- Your Telegram username or ID
- Your email address, if you provide one
- Your MetaTrader account number, for licence activation only
- Your broker name, for support purposes
- The USDT wallet address you paid from, recorded as proof of payment
We collect this because we cannot issue or support a licence without it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit pgfx.in, standard analytics may record pages viewed, time on page, approximate location at country or city level, device type, browser and operating system, and the site or link that referred you. This is aggregate traffic data and is not used to identify you personally.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment card details, bank details, government identity documents, or your trading results. We have no reason to hold any of them.
3. Why we use it
- Issuing and activating your licence — MetaTrader account number, Telegram ID
- Providing support — Telegram ID, broker name
- Verifying payment — wallet address, transaction hash
- Product announcements — Telegram ID, email if given
- Improving the website — anonymous analytics
We do not use your information for anything beyond these purposes.
4. What we never do
We do not sell your information. Not to brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone, for any price.
We do not share your identity with the brokers linked on this site. Introducing broker commission is calculated by the broker using referral links. We do not send them a list of who you are, and we do not receive your account details from them.
We do not publish or disclose that you are a customer. No testimonial, quote, screenshot or name appears anywhere without your explicit permission, asked for individually and refusable at no cost to your licence or support.
We do not send marketing spam. The Telegram channel is the only broadcast channel we use, and you can leave it at any time.
5. Who we share it with
Only where genuinely necessary:
- Licence system — your MetaTrader account number is used to generate and validate your licence key
- Analytics provider — anonymous traffic data only
- Legal requirement — if compelled by a valid legal order
That is the complete list.
6. Third-party services
This site links to third-party brokers and to FX Blue. Once you click through, you are on their platform and their privacy policy applies, not ours.
Anything you give a broker — identity documents, address, financial information — goes to them directly. We never see it and we cannot control what they do with it. Read their policies before registering.
The Telegram channel operates under Telegram's own privacy terms.
7. Cookies
The site uses only what is needed to function and to gather anonymous analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, no data broker tags. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
8. How long we keep it
- Licence records — for as long as your licence term is active, because we need them to support and validate it
- Payment records — as long as required for accounting
- Support conversations — as long as useful for supporting you
- Analytics — aggregate only, no personal identifiers retained
You may ask us to delete your support conversations at any time. Licence records must remain for the licence to keep working.
9. Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your information subject to section 8, or stop contacting you.
Ask through t.me/pgfxofficial. We respond within a reasonable time and there is no charge.
10. Security
Licence and payment records are kept on access-controlled systems. Support conversations happen in Telegram, which is encrypted in transit.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What limits the damage here is that we hold very little worth stealing — no card details, no bank details, no trading passwords, no funds.
11. Children
This site and this product are not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated. The version on this page is the current one. Material changes are announced in the Telegram channel.
